Relevant experience in end to end management of Professional/Staffing services to enterprises in India and abroad
- Proven experience of handling similar business in various engagement models – T&M, Contract-To-Hire, Finishing School, Source-Train-Deploy of fresh graduates, Digital learning platform, etc.
- Experience of leading/managing the entire process – leads, sourcing profiles (will have a recruiter team), interviews & closures, billings, collections, account management & mining, etc.
- Ability to interact at senior levels and relationship-oriented go-getter
- Contacts and relationships with alliances & partner ecosystem across various tech stack
- Bangalore-based candidate with good India market coverage experience
- Experience of handling global markets is a plus
Roles & Responsibilities
- New Sales/Hunter role for Talent Services (Staff Augmentation & Finishing School)
- Guide setting up the entire end-to-end process
- Work out budgets for BU wrt revenues, margins & investments required
- Generating sales leads – direct field efforts, contacts & connections, through alliances & partnerships, leveraging contacts/introductions from others at Netlabs etc.
- Qualifying & converting leads to prospects
- Working with the delivery team to source right profiles, Interviews & Closure
- Billing & Collection – coordinating with Finance
- Manage customer relationships – grow the account (up-sell & cross-sell)
- Sales Reporting & Forecasting
- Vendor and consultant’s management.
- Maintaining fruitful relationship with existing customers
Generating leads, day-to-day duties typically include:
- Researching organisations and individuals online (especially on social media) to identify new leads and potential new markets
- Researching the needs of other companies and learning who makes decisions about purchase
- Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
- Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
- Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
